  • Please note that external factors such as holidays, weather events, or carrier delays may affect delivery schedules.

Shipping Costs

  • No minimum order value required – shipping is always free.
  • Free shipping will be automatically applied at checkout.

Lost, Damaged, or Delayed Packages

  • PureVision™ is not responsible for delays caused by the carrier once the order has been shipped.
  • Delivery Issues Beyond Our Control If delivery is unsuccessful for reasons beyond the seller’s control (e.g. recipient not available or incorrect address details), a reshipment can only be carried out upon payment of the incurred costs. In such cases, a full refund is excluded.
  • If your package is lost or arrives damaged, please contact us within 7 days of delivery at pure-vision-store@outlook.com, and we will assist you in resolving the issue or filing a claim with the carrier.
